The Real Housewives of New Jersey Not Filming Yet Despite Reports

The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans may have suspected cameras were rolling, but a new report says season 15 has not officially begun filming.

Speculation started after Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga shared photos from Rails Steakhouse, the restaurant tied to the dramatic season 14 finale. Dolores Catania was also tagged in the gathering.

But according to a source who spoke with Reality Blurb, “There was absolutely no filming that took place the other night when the women met at Rails.”

Instead, the insider said the dinner served as an introduction between returning stars and reported newcomers.

“The old women don’t know the new women,” the source said, adding they met because “they don’t actually know each other in real life.”

As for when production truly begins, the source said filming is expected to start “in May.”

“To date, no filming has occurred,” the insider added.

Reality Blurb previously reported that Xiomara Laracuente, Juliette Collazo, Natia Rufolo, Vanessa Barrera, and Deeba Patel are expected to join Teresa, Dolores, and Melissa for the new season.

Another source claimed the upcoming run may revolve heavily around Giudice.

“It’s going to be the Teresa show,” the insider said, adding that storylines may include daughter Gia’s restaurant venture.

The source also suggested a solo project for Teresa could have made sense, while longtime cast shakeups continue to reshape the Bravo franchise ahead of its return.
