Psycho Woman Shoots At Rihanna’s Mansion — And She Might NOT Spend A Day In Prison!
A terrifying situation unfolded at the Los Angeles mansion of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky this weekend — and the woman behind it appears to be completely unhinged.
Police say a 35-year-old Florida woman named Ivanna Ortiz was arrested after allegedly firing gunshots from a car at Rihanna’s Beverly Crest home on Sunday afternoon.

And here’s the scary part.
Rihanna and her 3 children were reportedly inside the house at the time.
Thankfully no one was hurt, but the situation could have easily turned into a tragedy.
A COMPLETELY UNHINGED SUSPECT
Police quickly tracked down and arrested Ortiz on suspicion of attempted murder.
Authorities say she drove by the home and fired shots toward the property before being taken into custody.
But according to law enforcement records, this isn’t the first time Ortiz has been in trouble.
Officials in Florida confirmed that she was previously arrested in June 2023 for domestic violence battery, and then again just a few months later for violating a domestic injunction.
So yes… this woman already had a history of trouble.
AND NOW FOR THE FRUSTRATING PART
Under normal circumstances, firing a gun at someone’s home could easily land a person 15 to 20 years in prison.
But because Ortiz reportedly has serious mental health issues, Media take Out learned that there is a very real possibility that she could try to use the “not guilty by reason of insanity” defense – a defense that can be particularly successful in a state like California.
And if that happens?
Instead of prison, Ortiz would be sent to a psychiatric facility where doctors evaluate and treat her, possibly with medication.
Under California law, people held in those facilities are released once doctors believe they are stable and no longer a danger to the public.
Which means the person who allegedly shot at Rihanna’s house while her kids were inside might not serve a traditional prison sentence at all.
A CLOSE CALL
Fans online are furious that someone would target the home of a family with young children inside.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky share three small kids together, and the thought of a stranger firing gunshots toward their home has many people shaking their heads.
For now, Ortiz remains in custody while the case moves forward.
But depending on how the courts view her mental state, the legal outcome could look very different from what people expect.
And that possibility has a lot of folks saying the same thing.
The system better get this one right.
