The Game is still insisting he is a better rapper than Eminem.
“When I say that I want to rap battle with Eminem, or Eminem is not the greatest rapper, or I’m better than him… I’m supposed to think that I’m better than every single rapper,” he said on the All The Smoke podcast.
“[I’m] not saying that [Eminem] can’t rap, the skillset is there. I’m just a better rapper. I just haven’t been given the light that he’s been given. They didn’t put the money behind me,” he continued.
On Drink Champs in March The Game also said: “Eminem is Eminem. I like Eminem, he’s one of the f-cking good MCs, great MCs. He raps fast. He do all that sh-t…I used to think Eminem was better than me. He not. He not. He’s not. Aye, challenge it.”
The Game said he’d like to step into the Verzuz arena with Em or with any rapper.
“Swizz [Beatz] and Timbaland know that it’s bigger than Verzuz. I’m not saying I want smoke with Eminem, I’m saying I want smoke with Eminem, him, and him, whoever. Bro, ’cause n-ggas know.”
