Lyndon Abioye |

Milania Giudice, the daughter of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, is now facing a legal case of her own after being arrested in New Jersey.

Milania, 20, was arrested May 14 by Montville Township police and charged with one count of “simple assault” and “purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury,” according to court records and the arrest is connected to an alleged domestic violence incident.

Milania had a court date on May 19, but no plea has been publicly entered. Details of the alleged incident have not been released, but The Sun U.S. was the first outlet to report on the news.

Milania has not publicly commented on the arrest.

Milania is one of four daughters Teresa shares with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. The former couple is also parents to Gia, Gabriella, and Audriana.

Her parents, Teresa and Joe Giudice, pleaded guilty in 2014 to fraud charges tied to mortgages, loans, and bankruptcy filings. Teresa served 11 months in prison, while Joe served a 41-month sentence. After his release, Joe was deported to Italy because he had never become a U.S. citizen and is now living in the Bahamas.
