Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador’s feud with Alexis Bellino was one of the biggest storylines of the show’s 18th season, but according to sources, Shannon threatened to walk away if Alexis was invited back for Season 19.
In Season 18, Shannon was sued by her ex, John Janssen, who is currently engaged to Alexis.
“Shannon gave an ultimatum that she would absolutely not return if Alexis came back,” an insider told OK! Magazine.
In December 2024, Alexis announced that she had not been invited back to the show, which many viewers had been expecting. While fans of the show enjoy drama, they felt the feud was too negative, especially with Shannon battling her alcohol issues.
Shannon was recently exposed for treating Bravo staffers poorly, but sources say that she is now using her beef with Alexis as the reason for her bad behavior.
“She used the excuse that her behavior was caused by what the show was putting her through by bringing Alexis back. Despite Shannon succeeding in getting Alexis booted off the show, her behavior has not changed,” the source concluded.
