Rick Ross is defending Set in Stone after the album delivered the lowest Billboard 200 debut of his career.
The rapper’s 12th studio album opened at No. 39 with roughly 19,000 equivalent album units, finishing below the No. 22 peak of his previous solo release, Richer Than I Ever Been.
“Real hip-hop lovers should never get caught up in the propaganda and fake bot numbers,” Rozay said in a video shared to social media. “Go to the product. Test it. How amazing is the music? […] Who cares? Long as they spending money, Rozay putting the dope music out.”

50 Cent roasted Rozay over his low numbers, but he wasn’t the only celeb to take a jab.
Hot 97 host The Kid Mero also joined in, reminding Ross that he had recently called Drake “washed.”
“You thought Drake was washed, bro, and you could have benefited from the Iceman this go around, pal,” Mero said.
Despite the disappointing Billboard 200 start, Set in Stone entered the Top Rap Albums chart at No. 8. Ross has previously scored 10 top 10 albums, including five No. 1 releases.
