Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has responded to reports that she is “desperate” to reconcile with her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga, in order to secure her spot on the show.
According to sources, Bravo producers are tired of the long-running beef and are prepared to move on without her. It has even been reported that test filming has already started without Tre.
“Before, I was very adamant, and I was just like, ‘Absolutely not.’ And I know everyone is saying now, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s desperate because she needs her job,’ [but] that’s not the case,” she said on her podcast, Turning the Tables By Teresa Giudice. “There’s reasons why I’m saying it. It’s like an olive branch. Now I’m just saying, ‘Never say never.’”
She continued, “The older I’m getting … there are things that have happened that I don’t want to get into right now, but maybe eventually I will, we’ll see, but that have changed my mind. I just want to be a good example to my children, and also, a lot of people do look up to me out there, and I want to be a good example to everyone out there.”
Melissa has recently expressed that she is open to building bridges with her sister-in-law.
“I see what she’s saying, which is fine. I’m just saying my door is cracked open. I just said, ‘Never say never.’ I’m a mom first, so I always want to do the right thing and be a good example for my children,” she told Page Six.
