Kyle Richards recently threatened to walk away from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after being pressed by the other Housewives over her inappropriate text messages to Dorit Kemlsey’s husband.
“I know that after 14 years of being on this show, [production has been] family to me, and through all my ups and downs, [they] have been a constant in my life. And I thought to myself … ‘What would I do if all of a sudden that’s removed from my life too?’” Kyle she said on the RHOBH: After Show.
Kyle says that she felt that she did not want there to be another loss.
Despite the threats, most of the other Housewives believed that Kyle would actually exit the show.
“I left that thinking, ‘I’m done. I don’t need friends like this. I don’t need the money. Why am I here?’ Boz seems to really just only see through Dorit’s lens, everyone, because they’d spent time together. And Dorit was just coming at me nonstop, and then Sutton and Garcelle, who are my friends, who know who I am, were all the sudden back in it with Dorit, which makes no sense because they’re always coming for Dorit, and then here I have Erika the only one who’s standing up for me,” she continued, adding that she was surprised that Dorit chased after her but Sutton didn’t.
Kyle accused the Housewives of picking on people and looking for flaws.
