Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley’s divorce is heating up, and sources say that the swimwear designer is not happy about the way she’s being portrayed by her ex-husband.
PK, 58, has claimed in court documents that Dorit, 49, spent nearly $1 million on luxury purchases while not helping pay the mortgage on their $6 million Encino, California home, and that he is also pushing to sell the property, arguing that the move is needed to avoid foreclosure.
Dorit is reportedly not ready to leave, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is refusing to move out of the mansion and has not accepted PK’s offer to temporarily stay at his home with their children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10.
“PK says it’s egregious she won’t pay her share of expenses,” a source says. “But Dorit says he’s using dirty tactics to paint her as the villain.”
The former couple announced their separation in 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage.
“They hoped things would be more amicable when they first split in 2024, but now the lawyers are heavily involved, and neither of them is willing to back down,” the source adds.
