Former NFL player and sports media personality Marcellus Wiley is facing new sexual assault allegations after four additional accusers came forward in recent court filings tied to an ongoing lawsuit against him and Columbia University.
The former ESPN analyst, who previously denied allegations made by three women who sued him in 2023, is now accused by multiple women of assault spanning several years and locations.
Among the latest accusations is a claim from a former ESPN production assistant, who alleges Wiley invited her to a hotel room in 2009 under the pretense of a work-related meeting before attacking her.
“He pushed me up against the windows of the room so hard I thought they would shatter,” the woman stated in court documents. “I was petrified and believed I was going to be killed.”
Another accuser alleges Wiley groomed her beginning at age 13 after meeting her during his time with the Buffalo Bills. She claims he later raped her on her 18th birthday after flying her to Dallas while he played for the Cowboys.
“Marcellus Wiley raped me on my 18th birthday, after grooming me from the age of 13,” she wrote.
Wiley’s attorney previously denied allegations that he sexually assaulted or raped any students at Columbia University. Court filings from Columbia have also denied responsibility for Wiley’s alleged actions.
A hearing connected to the proposed class action case is scheduled for May 12.
