‘RHOBH’ Alum Annemarie Wiley Files for Divorce & Restraining Order… Claims Marcellus Wiley R*ped Her!

Annemarie Wiley has filed for divorce from Marcellus Wiley and asked a judge to keep the former NFL player at least 100 yards away from her following his domestic battery arrest.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is also seeking exclusive use of their Los Angeles home, custody of their three children, and spousal support, according to court documents. She asked that her children be protected by the requested restraining order, but the court has yet to make a decision.

Annemarie accused Marcellus of a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation,” per TMZ.

“Because of the trauma associated with many of these events, there are gaps in my memory, as I have blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me,” she alleged.

Annemarie accused Marcellus of sexually assaulting her in 2012 and again on multiple occasions in January 2026. She also alleged he punched her in 2014, threw a bottle at her while she was nine months pregnant in 2019 and struck her with shoes in August 2025.

She further claimed Marcellus borrowed $100,000 from her without repaying it and accumulated another $100,000 on her credit card.

The filing came after Marcellus was arrested in Florida over the July 4 weekend. Annemarie told police he threatened to kill her and poked her cheek during a hotel dispute. Marcellus has denied the allegations.

During Annemarie’s time on RHOBH, Marcellus faced backlash for ranking her an 8.5 out of 10 in the looks department, something which shocked the other Housewives.

Years before marrying Annemarie in 2014, the former NFL star appeared on a 2011 episode of Millionaire Matchmaker. Wiley spent 10 seasons playing for the Buffalo Bills, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars.
