On last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, viewers were shocked to find out that Phaedra Parks was the one who allegedly started the rumors that Angela’s husband was cheating on her.
Marcus, the man seen in the penultimate episode of the season, approaching Angela at a cooking event to claim that Charles Oakley is cheating on Angela, tells the women that somebody in their friend group is not happy with Angela before turning directly to Phaedra and outing her.
Marcus claimed that Phaedra is the “Godfather” in Atlanta and went on to say that he was “nervous” to speak his truth for fear of any repercussions.
Phaedra denied Marcus’ claims and said that she has no beef with Angela and no reason to target her. He claims Phaedra dropped an envelope off to him on the Monday before the event, filled with the info he needed to take Angela down.
Porsha Williams and Brit Eady immediately took Phaedra’s side, while the other women looked on in disbelief.
