Drew Sidora is facing another setback in her divorce from Ralph Pittman after a judge denied her request to remain in their marital home.
Drew had asked the court to reconsider an earlier ruling ordering her to vacate the home by May 31, arguing that the timeline could leave her without stable housing. According to court documents, the judge declined to change the decision.
The ruling follows a previous order granting Ralph primary custody of their two children.
In her request, Drew submitted text messages between herself and Ralph that she said reflected a strained dynamic. The actress and reality star also included financial details, claiming that moving out under the current timeline would be difficult.
Drew alleged in her filings that she had been giving Ralph half of her Real Housewives of Atlanta earnings, despite claiming that he earned more per month.
She addressed the drama in a social media post.
“Good morning. Some details regarding my divorce have recently become public, although the process is not yet finalized. During this time, Ralph and I are committed to co-parenting and doing what’s best for our children,” she wrote at the time. “While certain things are beyond my control, my focus remains on showing up every day as the best mother I can be.”
She continued, “Living in the public eye comes with challenges, but I’m choosing to move forward with grace, growth, and intention. My children are my priority, and I’m committed to leading with love, peace, and positivity. There is no ill intent toward anyone, just a continued focus on healing, evolving, and becoming the best version of myself.”
The court did not alter its position, and the deadline remains in place.
Drew must now secure new housing before the end of May as the divorce proceedings continue.
