Shamea Morton finally made full-time Housewife status on Real Housewives of Atlanta’s 16th season, but according to Angela Oakley, Shamea has been plotting for a peach for a long time.
“I’mma a throw Porsha a bone here. I think Shamea is playing the long game. I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Angela told Cynthia Bailey during Sunday night’s episode of RHOA: After Show.
Cynthia appeared confused and asked Angela exactly what she meant.
“I think that Shamea wanted to be on this platform and her friend was on this platform,” the newbie continued.
“So Shamea was willing to put up with what Porsha was offering and was issuing out on the friend side to get what she wanted. I don’t take Shamea to be one you can walk all over… I don’t take her to be one who can be manipulated. I take her to be very calculating. Her friend got on this platform and Porsha invited her on this platform with her. And then she coveted.”
Shamea recently shared that she believed Porsha did not want her on the show full-time. Since the season’s premiere episode, Porsha has taken several shots at Shamea, shocking her former best friend and viewers.
Porsha and Shamea’s friendship has suffered a major blow since filming and viewers are concerned they may never return to normal.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Sundays on Bravo at 8/7c and streams the following day on Peacock.
