Ray J stunned fans after taking the stage despite visible signs of a serious health struggle.
The singer, 45, performed a Valentine’s Day concert in Shreveport, Louisiana, appearing with blood visible beneath his eyes and a medical monitor attached to his chest.
Video clips shared online show Ray J wearing dark sunglasses while singing, at one point passing roses to audience members before briefly removing his shirt and revealing the patch on his chest.
In several moments, the blood could be seen trailing from beneath his glasses, including when he adjusted them mid-performance. One photo from the night shows Ray J posing with a fan, blood visible near the monitor.

He's recently been open about his health issues, with him saying doctors told him he doesn't have much longer to live.

The concert came shortly after Ray J made alarming claims about his health, saying doctors told him he has limited time left.
Ahead of the show, he posted on Facebook, “I’m putting my life on the line for this show!!”
Earlier this year, Ray J addressed his condition in an Instagram video. “My heart’s only beating like 25 percent,” he said. “As long as I stay focused and on the right path, everything will be all right.”
In a separate livestream, he added, “2027 is definitely a wrap for me,” alleging doctors warned him his heart had been severely damaged due to substance abuse.
