The speculation reportedly began after Texas music manager Brandon Rainwater appeared on Say Cheese! and alleged that Shiesty had impregnated four women during his time in Dallas.
The “Back in Blood” artist is facing a much more serious situation in federal court.
Shiesty, whose legal name is Lontrell Williams Jr., is accused of participating in the kidnapping and robbery of Gucci Mane in January 2026. He is currently being held at Rolling Plains Regional Jail in Haskell, Texas, ahead of his February 2027 trial.
The rapper recently alleged that he spends nearly his entire day alone in a cell, with limited opportunities to receive visitors. He claims he is permitted just two hours of supervised visitation each month.
Federal prosecutors offer a different account, alleging that Shiesty receives special treatment, including access to a personal tablet that lets him make video calls, watch streaming content, and play games.
His legal team disputes the government’s report of his confinement.
