Piers Morgan called former White House press secretary Katie Zacharia a “robot” after she repeatedly refused to answer questions about her firing just five days into the job.
The British broadcaster lost patience during a recent episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored as Zacharia dodged questions about her departure from President Donald Trump’s administration.
“Let’s cut the crap here and have a serious genuine conversation,” Morgan demanded. “You sound like a robot. Has Donald Trump got some program plugged into you to make you come out with all this stuff?”
Morgan pressed Zacharia to explain what she told Trump when he questioned whether the press secretary position was right for her.
But she refused to share their exchange.
“I will not disclose private conversations that I’ve had with the president,” Zacharia insisted.

“Katie, come on!” Morgan replied. “Katie, he’s told the entire world what he said.”
Trump had publicly discussed her departure after her troubled press-briefing debut and the controversy over her legal background.
Despite Morgan’s persistence, Zacharia repeatedly steered the conversation toward Trump’s agenda and the upcoming midterm elections.
“I will continue fighting for him. I am ruthlessly loyal. I have always been, and I will continue to be,” she declared.
Morgan questioned why she remained so devoted to someone who had dismissed her after only five days. The interaction went viral with many praising Morgan for being the “ultimate troll.”
