Offset Hit With Assault Claims After Explosive Fight at L.A. Dispensary!

Offset is responding to allegations made in a lawsuit filed by a Los Angeles security guard who claims the rapper assaulted him at a dispensary.

Jim Sanchez alleges in the complaint that the incident occurred at a MedMen LAX location when he asked Offset for identification upon entry. According to the filing, the interaction escalated into an argument before turning physical.

Sanchez claims Offset punched him and that others in the rapper’s crew joined in, resulting in injuries that required medical treatment. He is seeking $25,000 in damages.

Offset denies responsibility for the alleged harm. In court filings, he claims Sanchez’s conduct contributed to the situation.

“At least some of the acts complained of by Sanchez were provoked by his wrongful conduct. Sanchez was at fault in how he conducted himself,” the filing states.

Additional reports say that Offset’s account that the confrontation began after the security guard spat on him. The rapper is also facing a misdemeanor charge in the case and has entered a not-guilty plea. A hearing is set for April 29.

The rapper recently survived a shooting following an altercation with New York Drill artist Lil Tjay.

“Got to keep pushing, gladiator mentality, man. The show don’t ever stop at the end of the day,” he said during an appearance on the Creators Inc. Podcast.
