Antoine Massey, one of the 10 inmates who escaped from the Orleans Justice Center jail last month, has finally been captured.
Massey, 33, is the ninth escapee to be recaptured after fleeing from the jail on May 16. According to reports, he was captured after receiving a tip from the public. The tipper will be collecting the $50,000 reward.
Massey went viral several times after escaping and, at one point, pleaded to President Donald Trump for help.

“I’m asking for help from the world, from … Donald Trump,” he said, before also appealing to celebrities Kim Kardashian and Lil Wayne. “They say that I broke out. I didn’t break out. I was let out.”
At the time, Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan Hutson confirmed that the viral video “appears to show Antoine Massey.”
“If the individual depicted in the video is indeed Antoine Massey, we strongly urge him to come forward and turn himself in to the proper authorities,” the sheriff said.
Four-time killer Derrick Groves is now the only escapee who remains at large.
