DeKaylin “DK” Metcalf has announced that he and British R&B singer Normani are engaged.
The engagement comes almost two years after they went Instagram official with their romance back in July 2023 after being introduced the year prior by Ciara.

Metcalf shared during a press conference after he was traded from the Seattle Seahawks to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is seen telling his gorgeous new fiancee to “Hold that rock up, baby.”
“Don’t know too many more words other than great. … Found a new home here, found a new fiancée and everything’s just falling in line, just the way God planned for it to be,” Metcalf added.
The athlete also shared the news on social media.
“Shoutout to my beautiful fiancée for being here with me. Can’t wait to step onto the field with the rest of the Black and Gold Nation,” he says in the video clip below.

Normani became a household name in the UK after auditioning for the reality series “The X Factor” in 2012. She then joined the girl group Fifth Harmony, but the group split in 2018. Normani has since found success as a solo artist.
