Newly surfaced police bodycam footage shows the moment Lul Timm was taken into custody from a hospital bed hours after the deadly 2020 shooting that killed King Von.
The video, posted to YouTube channel Kalavisheni, was recorded November 6, 2020, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. In the footage, an officer approaches Timm, born Timothy Leeks, and places him in handcuffs while he remains in bed.
“I don’t know what’s all going on, but apparently you are in custody,” the officer tells him.
After leaving the room, the officer is seen speaking with other Atlanta police investigators and learning that Von had been pronounced dead nearby.

Timm, an associate of Quando Rondo, was later charged with felony murder in connection with Von’s death. The shooting erupted after a fight between Von and Rondo outside an Atlanta hookah lounge around 3 a.m. Gunfire followed between the two groups, leaving six people shot and three dead, including Von.
Prosecutors dropped the murder charge against Timm in August 2023.
The footage surfaced as Lil Durk’s federal murder-for-hire trial begins in Los Angeles. Prosecutors allege Von’s death later fueled a plot targeting Rondo that resulted in the 2022 killing of Rondo’s cousin, Saviay’a Robinson.
