Ja Rule addressed a tense in-flight exchange after a video surfaced showing him arguing with Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda aboard a Delta Air Lines flight from San Francisco to New York City.

Initially, a clip surfaced showing Yayo sitting behind Rule on the plane and mocking him, but after the new clip surfaced, fans quickly praised Ja Rule for standing on business.

Footage obtained by TMZ captured the Feb. 8 moment as Ja Rule stood in the aisle, repeatedly asking, “What we doing?” while shouting continued off camera. Another passenger appeared to place his hands on Ja Rule’s shoulders as if trying to cool things down.

The rapper later reacted online with a tone that suggested he was not rattled. Posting on X, he described the encounter as “hilarious,” claiming he confronted the men directly and tossed a pillow back and forth. He followed up by sharing the clip to his Instagram Stories days later.

Ja Rule also gave a statement to TMZ, offering his take on what led up to the exchange. “These f—ing clowns,” he said. “I saw them when I got on. I was laughing like, look at these two clowns. They always talking s— so I addressed them.”

No physical altercation was reported, and the flight continued without further incident. Representatives for Yayo and Murda did not comment.
