Nevaeh Akira’s family drama is heading to court just weeks after she welcomed a baby with Blueface.
Her former partner, DJ LetThemKnow, whose real name is Robert Louis Lee, is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son, Superior, TMZ reports.
According to the petition filed last month, DJ wants the parents to divide the week under a shared custody schedule, arguing that their son would benefit from a “predictable routine.”
Last month, Superior reportedly contacted Nevaeh while she was out with Blueface and alleged that his father had choked him. DJ disputed any malicious intent, explaining that he and Superior had been “rough housing.”
The incident reportedly contributed to the friction between Nevaeh and Blueface, whose relationship was already troubled by repeated arguments involving DJ. Nevaeh also faced some backlash from fans over the way Blueface has treated her son on stream.
The rapper eventually ended things with Nevaeh during a livestream, kicking her out of his house shortly after she gave birth to their child.
DJ’s proposed arrangement would allow both parents to share physical custody while maintaining joint legal responsibility for their son. The wannabe DJ recently went viral after Tasha K called him out for “clout chasing” off Neveah’s popularity and for being a deadbeat.
The court has not yet issued a ruling on the petition.
