N.O.R.E. confronted New York food reviewer Sober Facts in person over his repeated use of the N-word, warning the social media personality that their encounter could have ended differently.

The Drink Champs host approached the content creator while he was filming a restaurant review in New York City.

“I could have did you filthy,” N.O.R.E. told Sober Facts during the filmed confrontation, although he maintained that his intentions were positive. The rapper argued that nobody, including Black people, should use the racial slur.

In a response video, the food reviewer claimed N.O.R.E. arrived with six or seven people and interrupted his filming session.

“You saying to not say the N-word, and you keep saying the N-word,” he fired back, accusing the rapper of contradicting his own message.

Sober Facts also defended his language as part of New York culture.

“I’m a content demon,” he admitted before giving N.O.R.E. a friendly shoutout.

The exchange comes months after N.O.R.E. discussed becoming more accountable for his public behavior. During a June appearance on The Breakfast Club, the rapper reflected on past controversies involving Drink Champs.

“I understand that I have a responsibility now,” he said.

While fans were divided over the interaction, many called N.O.R.E. out for his moniker.

N.O.R.E. is an acronym for “N—a on the Run Eating”.
