Cara Delevingne admits that she and Amber Heard were “entangled,” finally putting her own words to years of rumors about Johnny Depp, Elon Musk and London Fields.
During an appearance on The Louis Theroux Podcast, Delevingne addressed long-running speculation about her relationship with Heard, who finalized her divorce from Depp in 2017 after a volatile split.
Theroux asked about reports that Depp was “driven crazy by the idea” that Heard might be sleeping with Delevingne while the three were connected to the 2013 film London Fields.
“Am I meant to comment?” Delevingne replied. “It’s because we did a movie together, and it was called London Fields. He was also doing the movie. I think he was pretty driven crazy by jealousy. Nothing was happening at that point. Later, after they divorced, it had, I suppose.”
Pressed to be clearer, she answered, “No, I don’t suppose. I know.”
The actress said she and Heard “were close for a long time,” adding that during the divorce period, “we were entangled. … But she was also entangled with other people.”
That circle, Delevingne said, included Elon Musk, who dated Heard after her split from Depp. Musk previously told Page Six, “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate.”
