Police were called to Tampa International Airport after Milania Giudice was reportedly dealing with “suicidal thoughts” and a “mental breakdown” during a difficult encounter with Teresa and Gia Giudice.
An incident report obtained by Page Six says authorities were told Wednesday that Milania had become separated from a counselor and that “multiple females need police ASAP.”
The 20-year-old had allegedly been released from a nearby hospital shortly before the airport incident. Officers were also informed that the situation was “possibly a Baker Act issue,” a reference to Florida’s emergency mental health law.
Milania was found about 10 minutes after police were contacted and later boarded a flight with her family. She was not arrested, and there was no medical transport.

A since-deleted video posted by Milania captured part of the heated exchange.
“This is what we do now? This is what we do now?” she asked as officers stood nearby.
Teresa repeatedly responded, “I love you.”
Gia then said, “Let her do what she wants to do,” before Milania told her mother, “Shut the f–k up!”
The incident follows another difficult stretch for Milania, who was charged with simple assault in May after a domestic dispute.
She later addressed that arrest by saying, “It is what it is, s–t happens in life,” and added that she “was not in a good area in [her] life” at the time.
