Last night, Peacock finally aired the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion, and fans were outraged after the real reason Chelley Bissainthe and Olandria Carthen unfollowed Huda Mustafa.
All three ladies were close in the villa, but Olandria revealed that after exiting the villa and seeing all of the racist hate tweets and posts she and Chelley were receiving from Huda’s fanbase, she begged Huda to ask her followers to stop the racist comments…something Huda never did.

“We were super close in the villa,” Olandria told Huda. “Upon exiting the villa, once we got our phones back, I saw the amount of hate that I was getting from her stans, and I expressed the Huda, ‘Hey, I really feel like it’s important, especially if you consider yourself being very close to me—and you was close to Chelley at some point—to speak out to your fans and address the racism.'”
Huda claimed she also received some racial backlash, but Olandria mentioned a social media post where her face was superimposed onto the body of George Floyd, an unarmed Black man killed back in 2020 by white police officer Derek Chauvin.
Huda claimed she had no idea, but Olandria confirmed that she told her and fans hopped online to call Huda out for not shutting down the racism from her fans immediately. Olandria also confronted Huda for not publicly shutting down rumors that she was one of Huda’s “bullies” inside of the villa.
“They thought I was one of the bullies,” she said. “That s–t added more hate. I don’t think you understand that that s–t was f–king with me mentally. It was so bad.”‘
I know huda didn't just say "I WENT THROUGH RACIST ATTACKS TOO" to deflect off of the racist attacks chelley and olandria were receiving- huda is anti black and very weird i'm sorry- pic.twitter.com/qNjzVKyv0E

Huda replied, “I was dealing with so much outside of that. I didn’t know what to say in that moment because I was dealing with so much I wanted to address.”
She eventually apologized: “I’m really sorry about that. I told people I don’t want anybody getting hate. I don’t want any bullying. I don’t want you guys getting hate in that way. I think that’s wrong. Racism is wrong.”
