Lil Scrappy is opening up about his childhood and revealed that one particular birthday party left him “traumatized.”
During Nick Cannon and Courtney Bee’s We Playin’ Spades podcast, he spilled the tea about his 14th birthday party thrown for him by his mother.
“I think I was 14 or something like that. So I had a full-blown party, and we in the hood. Everybody came because they, you know, we poppin’ in the hood, you know?” he shared.
Scrappy was happy to see other teenage girls at his party but then Momma Dee changed the vibe completely when she brought in grown strippers.
“My mama had strippers in there, for my 14th birthday party. All the mamas came back like, ‘Hold on’. … [Dee] was like, ‘Yeah, this my house though … If you got a son in here that don’t need to be in here, please take him out,”” he explained.
Momma Dee then revealed that she stood her ground and kept the strippers at the party, despite protests from the partygoers’ parents.
“Bro, I wasn’t even looking for nothing like that, bro. I was sitting there, like, the whole time like, ‘Strippers?’” said Scrappy. “I look back at it though—that was traumatizing.”
“So you said p*ssy was traumatizing?” Momma Dee asked him, before Scarppy revealed that most teenage boys received a bike for their birthday, “not b—hes.”
“Nothing against the LGBT community, but I just wanted him to chase p*ssy than to hold a purse,” said Momma Dee.
