Kimora Lee Simmons Is NOT Giving Tim Leissner Primary Custody of Son!

Kimora Lee Simmons is not seeking to give estranged husband Tim Leissner primary custody of their 11-year-old son, Wolfe, despite a court filing that appeared to say otherwise.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ the checked box requesting that Leissner receive “primary legal and physical custody” was a clerical error. Simmons has had full custody of Wolfe since the couple separated in 2020, and that arrangement has not changed, the source says.

The filing initially raised questions because Leissner’s divorce petition requested joint legal and physical custody, while Simmons’ response appeared to offer him an even larger custodial role. The former couple split in 2020.

Leissner is currently serving prison time for his involvement in the multibillion-dollar 1MDB corruption scandal. He previously admitted that he created false divorce documents before marrying Simmons while he was still legally married to Judy Chan.

The source said the remaining requests in Simmons’ filing were submitted correctly. The Baby Phat founder asked the court to prevent Leissner from receiving spousal support and requested that she receive support instead and she also asked that he cover her attorney’s fees.
