Kroy Biermann Jr.’s criminal case has taken another serious turn, with prosecutors filing an emergency request to interview minor children.
The 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann is facing multiple felony charges in connection with an alleged sexual assault involving another minor at a local gym.
Now, according to court records obtained by TMZ, prosecutors are asking a judge to authorize forensic interviews with “minor children.” The filing does not identify the children or explain what information prosecutors believe they may have.
Specially trained professionals conduct forensic interviews, often used when investigators need to speak with children in sensitive cases.
The request comes after prosecutors made additional claims during a recent hearing. They alleged that Kroy Jr. had already been on probation in another matter and said authorities discovered videos on his phone involving an underage relative.
Those allegations remain unproven.
A judge recently set his bond at $200,000 as he continues to face the pending charges.
No further details about the emergency motion have been made public, including when the requested interviews could take place or whether the judge has ruled on the request.
