Kim Zolciak is reacting after a judge temporarily granted her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, greater authority in decisions involving their four children during their ongoing divorce proceedings.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star addressed the latest ruling following Kroy’s successful filing of an emergency custody request.
Under the temporary order, the former couple will continue to share joint legal custody of Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane, but Biermann now has final decision-making authority over major matters, including education, religion, and non-emergency healthcare.
Kim responded to the ruling in a statement shared with The Daily Mail and later discussed the matter on social media.
“The senior judge’s decision from April 29th is temporary until we return to court as soon as possible when we have the opportunity for a full hearing,” she said.
Kim also challenged the process that led to the ruling, claiming the investigation behind the emergency motion was incomplete.
The reality star alleged the decision stemmed from a “flawed investigation” involving a guardian ad litem who, according to her, has not spoken with her in more than a year.
“While I want this process to be over for my children more than anything, I am looking forward to a full court date when we will finally be provided with an opportunity to present the truth,” she added.
