Lamar Odom’s latest documentary is reportedly causing an upset with the Kardashian family years after his split from Khloé Kardashian.
Khloé and her family are still mad about comments included in Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom, which revisits the former couple’s relationship alongside Odom’s rise in the NBA and his struggles with addiction.
The documentary reportedly includes claims from people in Lamar’s circle who alleged he married Khloé for “fame and connections.”
“This feels like betrayal — not honesty,” an insider told the outlet, adding that Khloé supported Lamar “when no one else would.”
Khloé and Lamar married in 2009 after dating for just weeks. Their relationship later crumbled due to Lamar’s substance abuse issues and infidelity allegations.
Despite their divorce filing, Khloé famously paused proceedings in 2015 to help care for Lamar after he suffered a near-fatal overdose in Nevada.
The divorce was finalized the following year. Lamar has consistently stated that he would like another chance with Khloé.
Any hope of a reconciliation went up in smoke following his remarks.
“You’re sitting on camera saying you married me for fame,” on the April 15 episode of her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast. “I saw some TikTok that was like, ‘Wait, am I such a fool? Because I thought they really loved each other, didn’t they?’ And the person was like, ‘Did anyone else feel that way?’”
