Kelly Dodd has weighed in on Tamra Judge’s post alluding to her quitting Real Housewives of Orange County.
Kelly doesn’t believe Tamra ever intended to walk away and that she used to post as a way of manipulating everybody.
“Of course it is [fake]. They’ve signed contracts. She has a million dollars at stake. She’s doing it for publicity. She doesn’t have a storyline. This is her story, and it brings people to want to watch it,” she said on Up and Adam.
Fans were calling for Tamra’s firing last season over her mean girl behavior towards her former best friend, Shannon Beador.
“It’s all manipulation,” continued. “She has to go through [with] her contract. She’s already been sued before. Bravo could sue her, and then some … It’s just ridiculous that she even wrote that on there. I hope Bravo fines her.”
Tamra’s best friend Teddi Mellencamp has been battling cancer and recently underwent brain surgery, which sources says could have led to Tamra’s post.
Kelly thinks it’s something else.
“I think what happened was — she can’t take anybody criticizing her or coming after her,” she said. “She’s the bully, and then when she starts to get bullied, she can’t handle it.”
