Katie Ginella Claims ‘RHOC’ Cast “Banded Together” to Get Her Fired!

Katie Ginella believes her RHOC castmates worked together to push her off the show after Shannon Beador allegedly raised concerns about feeling “unsafe” around her.

“I was told that Shannon told somebody in production that she felt unsafe around me,” Katie said during an appearance on Undressed with Pol’ and Patrik. “But I do know that the women banded together to get me off that show.”

Katie denied posing any threat and said the wording alone may have carried serious consequences behind the scenes.

“When you say those words, they have to take it seriously, even though I’m not an unsafe person,” she explained. “I think that’s what started the ball rolling.”

The fallout came during a rocky 19th season for Katie. At an event hosted by Emily Simpson, a polygraph test allegedly indicated that Katie had lied in response to every question. Katie later challenged the setup, accusing the lie-detector team of being actors and suggesting the results were not authentic. She did not film with the group for the remainder of the season and was eventually fired.

According to Katie, she also lost access to events outside regular filming.

“Bravo wouldn’t let me do anything,” she said. “I couldn’t even go to Cynthia Bailey’s birthday party.”

Katie has also spoken about feeling uncomfortable when her castmates mocked the food at a hotpot gathering she hosted.

“It was horrible,” she said. “This is a food that is deep-rooted in Asian communities. And you are making fun of it.”
