Reza Farahan is sharing his side of the longtime tension with Jill Zarin, including a claim that she took pride in the collapse of a planned Real Housewives of New York: Legacy project.
Speaking on Page Six Radio, Reza recalled a conversation he says took place while they were filming The Goat.
According to Reza, Jill told him that the RHONY spinoff fell apart because she pushed for higher pay. “She said, ‘I demanded the money,’” Reza recalled. “And she was proud that the show had fallen apart because she put her foot down.”

Reza also reflected on earlier friction between them, saying Jill publicly criticized him years ago when he was starring on Shahs of Sunset. He claimed she later apologized in person with a card and cookies, which prompted him to give her another chance. “I was like, let me not judge her,” he said.
Reza then alleged that during The Goat, he realized Jill was working against him behind the scenes. “I thought she was my friend,” he said. “Then I realized she was in everyone’s ear about me.”
Reza added that Bravo executives had cautioned him beforehand.
“Everyone warned me about her,” he said. “And they were right.”
