Hailey Bieber’s older sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, is facing new legal trouble nearly a year after a chaotic night out in Georgia that led to her arrest.
Court records filed Jan. 26 show prosecutors have charged Aronow with four misdemeanor offenses, including simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass, stemming from a February 2024 incident at Club Elan. Authorities allege Aronow struck one person “in the genitals” and pulled hair from another individual during the altercation.
According to a police report, employees told officers that Aronow became upset after being asked to leave an employee restroom. A bartender claimed Aronow “removed her tampon and threw it” at her. Surveillance footage allegedly shows Aronow “grabbing and pulling” a man’s hair and “hitting Mr. Hills in the genitals,” the report states.
Security ultimately escorted her out of the venue. “Ms. Aronow stated she was forcefully removed from the club,” the report noted. She later admitted she threw the tampon but said she was acting in self-defense, claiming staff were being dramatic.
Aronow, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, now faces up to one year in jail if convicted on the battery charge. An arraignment is scheduled for April 23 after the case remained inactive for months following her arrest.
