Survivors of convicted pedophile Jefferey Epstein have revealed that they will be compiling their own list to release to the public, and lawmakers are battling over the issue on Capitol Hill.
Reps. Ro Khanna, a California Democrat, Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican, and Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Georgia Republican, joined survivors in urging Congress to vote to release the complete files connected to the late financier.
Epstein, who previously pleaded guilty to prostitution charges in Florida, was awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges when he died in federal custody in 2019. His death was ruled a suicide after numerous investigations.
The push for disclosure comes on the heels of the Justice Department’s internal review in July, which found no “client list” and no evidence that Epstein had blackmailed prominent figures but MAGA wants Trump to keep his campaign promise and release the Epstein list and give the victims justice.
On Tuesday, the committee released more than 30,000 pages of documents related to Epstein, but the files contained virtually no new information, and most of the information released has been heavily redacted.

“We know the names, many of us were abused by them,” said Epstein survivor Lisa Phillips, per CBS News. “We’re not quite sure how we’re going to release that or even if we’re going to … [but we will] confidentially compile the names we all know, who were regularly in the Epstein world, and it will be done by survivors and for survivors—no one else is involved.”
