Dorit Kemsley is not entertaining Amanda Frances’s offer to buy her house.
After Amanda said she was thinking about purchasing Dorit’s home amid reports that the property could face foreclosure, Dorit responded during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio and made it clear she was not amused.
“We don’t talk,” Dorit said of Amanda. “I find [Amanda’s statement] really cringe, but I think a lot of the things that come out of her mouth are kind of cringe.”
Dorit said her issue with Amanda goes beyond the house comment and that she felt Amanda presented an overly polished version of her life during production.
“I wasn’t getting authentic vibes,” Dorit said. “That was the issue that I had.” She continued, “It was very much like, ‘Let me portray [that] everything is absolutely perfect. My life is perfect. My marriage is perfect.’”
Dorit said she believes Amanda has “a beautiful life and children” and added that she wishes her well. Still, she questioned the image Amanda projected.
“It’s not real, because nobody has only perfect life,” Dorit said. “I also think that [Amanda] had a lot of opinions, but really anytime we wanted to talk about her, it was about her business, and it was only about her business,” she said.
Dorit said she once thought they might become friends, but that changed after Sutton told her Amanda had allegedly been speaking about her privately.
