Dorit Kemsley is reportedly preparing to move out of her longtime family home following a new financial agreement with estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley.
Attorney Ronald Richards shared alleged details of the couple’s partial divorce settlement via social media, revealing that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will receive $15,000 monthly in combined child and spousal support.
According to Richards, PK also agreed to pay Dorit $65,000, which includes four months of retroactive support and an additional $5,000 toward moving expenses.
“Dorit is going to be a renter in nine days,” Richards wrote, claiming her new residence will be a “main road type of place.”
Exclusive actual accurate partial settlement terms for Dorit/Paul Kemsley: 1. Four months of retroactive support at $15k per month for a total of $65,000. Paul gave an extra $5k for the move for the total above. This is due on November 13, 2026. 2. Dorit’s November 1, 2026 move out is extended to November 13, 2026. 3. Dorit to give Paul her consent to get the kids passports and travel so he can take them to London for winter break. Paul wanted this concession, so he was willing to pay for it. The number won’t change even if he has the kids 50-50. 4. They will come back to on November 24th to keep attempting to settle. 5. This amount includes both child and spousal support. It is not high for LA standards and Dorit’s spending but at least she is getting a chunk of money and moving out. Paul owns the second and now he will try and sell it. Dorit is going to be a renter in nine days. We will not publish her new address but it is a main road type of place which will be an adjustment for her.

Dorit previously attacked castmate Sutton Stracke for living on a main road.
Under the alleged agreement, Dorit must vacate the couple’s former home by Nov. 13. PK reportedly owns the property and intends to sell it. Richards also claimed Dorit agreed to provide consent for their children’s passports, allowing PK to take them to London over winter break.
The former couple, who separated in 2024, share two children, Jagger and Phoenix.
Their divorce and custody proceedings remain ongoing.
