Diddy Faces Fresh Legal Fight Over Alleged 17th-Floor Incident!

Diddy is facing another legal battle in Los Angeles, where Bryana “Bana” Bongolan’s civil lawsuit is moving toward trial over an alleged 2016 balcony attack.

Bongolan, a creative director and close friend of Cassie Ventura, says Diddy entered Cassie’s Los Angeles apartment and held her over the railing of a 17th-floor balcony. According to the lawsuit, she claims he kept her there for “10 to 15 seconds” before throwing her onto patio furniture.

She alleges the incident left her with bruising, back and neck pain, and lasting trauma. Bongolan previously testified during Diddy’s June 2025 criminal trial, where Cassie served as the government’s star witness.

Before taking the stand, Bongolan invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, which led to the judge issuing an immunity order and during cross-examination, Diddy’s defense questioned whether she was using drugs at the time of the alleged incident. Bongolan denied that claim and said she came forward seeking “justice.”

The civil case is currently headed for a May 3, 2027, trial date. The defendants include Diddy, Bad Boy Entertainment LLC and CeOpco LLC.

Diddy is currently being housed at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, with a projected release date of April 15, 2028. He is appealing his Mann Act conviction while also asking for a jury in Clayton Howard’s $20 million lawsuit.
