Dana White reacted to the news the WWE CEO and chairman, Vince McMahon had retired.
McMahon stepped down after being accused of paying a woman to be quiet after he allegedly sexually harassed her.
“It’s been a privilege to help WWE bring you joy, inspire you, thrill you, surprise you, and always entertain you,” McMahon said in a statement. “I would like to thank my family for mightily contributing to our success.”
He retired from the league with a reported $3 billion.
“What that guy built, and what he’s done is incredible,” White at the Series 1 Post-fight Press Conference.
“I watched that stuff as a kid, and still be doing it now – He’s phenomenal. He’s a killer. He’s buried the hatchet in my back a few times, but that’s what you’re dealing with. You don’t deal with a killer and not expect them to try to kill ya,” the UFC champion continued. “I have nothing but respect for Vince, though.”
