50 Centis suing his ex Daphne Joy, the mother of his son Sire, for defamation.
50 is suing Daphne because she allegedly “falsely and publicly” accused him of “rape and physical abuse” while they were in a relationship between 2011 to 2013.
Daphne made the allegations publicly after 50 trolled her when she was mentioned as being a “sex worker” in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy.
According to 50, Daphne Joy made a “purposeful attempt to, on information and belief, destroy his personal and business reputation, harm Jackson’s commercial and business interests, negatively affect his custody case, and prevent him from seeing his minor son.”
He now says he is fighting to salvage his reputation and that he is “subjected to extensive public ridicule, hatred, and contempt” because of his ex’s “false and defamatory statements.”
