Claressa Shields is speaking out after social media dragged her for sliding into Chrisean Rock’s DMs after Rock posted her meeting with Franchón Crews-Dezurn.
According to Shields, her longtime boxing rival told Rock she was “the one that Claressa Shields was scared of,” a remark Shields says sparked the latest round of insults between them.

“Franchon….. God bless you alright,” Shields wrote on X before calling the alleged introduction “clout chasing.” She added, “We fought, I won. End of our chapter love. God bless.”
Things got even more tense after messages surfaced showing Shields calling Crews-Dezurn a clout chaser while speaking with Rock. Shields later said she considered it strange to use someone else’s name to make an introduction.
Crews-Dezurn then recalled traveling with her husband to support Shields in Flint and Detroit before accusing her former opponent of forgetting who showed up for her.
“Don’t play w/ me,” she wrote.

Crews-Dezurn also went after Shields’ connection with Rock, calling their July training session a clout-chasing move and defending Rock as a boxing newcomer.
Rock also weighed in, saying she is still learning the sport and questioning why Shields wanted to discuss Blueface with her. She shared that even though Shields could have reached out to her privately, she chose to give her the advice in front of the cameras…seemingly alluding to Shields using that moment for clout.
After winning her recent fight, Rock has been focused on her son, Chrisean Jr.’s therapy, even sharing some of the footage on social media.
