Cardi B Wins Again as Tasha K Ordered to Remove Posts!

Cardi B is celebrating another courtroom battle against Tasha K after a federal judge held the blogger in civil contempt for violating a non-disparagement agreement.

In an order filed Tuesday, the court determined that Tasha K repeatedly violated the terms of her bankruptcy reorganization plan by continuing to post and broadcast disparaging remarks about Cardi B and her family members. The agreement prohibited the blogger, whose legal name is Latasha Kebe, from sharing “derogatory, disparaging, or defamatory statements” across social media, podcasts, and other public outlets.

The judge ruled that violations occurred on multiple occasions involving YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and radio appearances.

Court filings stated that Tasha K did not dispute making the statements identified in Cardi B’s motion. Instead, she argued she retained the right to make the comments. The court rejected that position and ordered her to comply with the previously approved agreement.

The filing also stated that Cardi B’s estranged husband, Offset, and NFL player Stefon Diggs were included among protected parties under the order.

As part of the decision, the court ordered Tasha K to remove the content and stop making prohibited remarks moving forward. Cardi B was also awarded attorneys’ fees and related enforcement costs.

The judge separately sanctioned Tasha K’s attorney, Chad Van Horn, after legal citation issues were raised during the proceedings.
