Megan Thee Stallion’s former cameraman is alleging that he was forced to watch her have sex with another woman while he was trapped inside a moving vehicle.
Emilio Garcia worked for the rapper as her personal cameraman in 2018 and worked with her through 2023.
He says the incident occurred in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022. He says they were traveling in an SUV with Megan and three other women after a night out. He says while in the moving car, Megan and the other woman began to get intimate.
“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” Garcia told NBC News. The following day, he says she told him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.” Garcia also claims Megan was verbally abusive towards him and regularly fat-shamed him and that she even cut his pay and he struggled to live on his pay as he went from salary to being paid “per task.”
The court docs say the rapper “created a hostile work environment” for Garcia, “making the conditions of his employment intolerable”.
He is seeking financial compensation.
