Boosie Badazz watched his 60 Minutes appearance but was upset after realizing that huge chunks of his story were left out.
After an hour-long interview with Lesley Stahl, the rapper took to X to say viewers saw only a fraction of what they discussed.
“My story wasn’t told fully,” Boosie wrote.

The segment focused on the pardon business surrounding President Donald Trump and included Boosie’s dealings with Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman. Boosie told CBS he paid the pair $600,000 while trying to secure a presidential pardon after his federal gun conviction. He said he believed he would receive $300,000 back if a pardon did not happen. Trump has not granted him one.
“This is what I was led to believe. If you come with this money, you will get a pardon,” Boosie told Stahl.

The Baton Rouge native said his longer conversation also covered his interactions with people involved in the pardon process and why he believed his case deserved consideration.
When the pardon did not materialize, Boosie said he asked for his money back.

“I said, ‘Just return it. You didn’t get my pardon. It’s a bunch of BS,’” he told Stahl.
CBS reported that Boosie is now pursuing an arbitration claim against Wohl and Burkman seeking a refund. Burkman has denied that money is owed and called the claim meritless.
