Ashley Darby and Candiace Dillard Bassett nearly brought their old Real Housewives of Potomac drama back to television, but their latest showdown reportedly ended up on the cutting room floor.
Ashley revealed that she and her former castmate got into a major argument while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th in Atlanta.
“She and I really got to scrapping,” Ashley, 38, told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea.
The disagreement reportedly involved unresolved issues from their years together on RHOP, where the two frequently clashed.
Ashley recalled “jumping around” and “clapping” during the confrontation, which she described as “heated.” After, Candiace showed Ashley pictures of her young son, Jett, and the women returned to a surprisingly ordinary conversation.
“We just started talking like normal,” Ashley shared.
Their relationship remains complicated, but Ashley acknowledged missing her former co-star “sometimes.”
Candiace announced her departure from RHOP in March 2024 after six seasons, explaining that she had “new responsibilities” and wanted to take a break.
