Ariana Biermann is setting the record straight about her missing freckles and the astonishing reason behind their disappearance.
The Next Gen NYC star, 23, opened up to fans on Instagram about how her mom, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, 47, allegedly had her freckles lasered off when she was just 14 years old without her permission.
“Every time I do my makeup, whether it’s a full face or just a little bit, I always put on freckles,” she says in her GRWM video.
The reality star recalled the day she realized something was off. After getting what she thought was a fun facial from her mom’s aesthetician, a friend asked her, “Girl, where are your freckles going?”
According to Ariana, she brought it up to her “facial girl,” who shocked her with the answer: “Your mom told me that you didn’t like them and you wanted me to remove them with the facial, like, lasering them off.”
Ariana said she was stunned because she “love[d her] freckles.”
Though she still has a few left, she noted that they’re “more on one side of [her] face than the other.”
The Bravo personality recently confronted her mom about the decision. “She just started laughing,” Ariana said, affectionately calling Kim a “jackass.”
“Now I add them onto my face because I don’t have them anymore because somebody removed them. I didn’t want them removed. Nobody said. Literally nobody said,” she added.
