Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers were happy to see Andy Cohen hit Kyle Richards with some hard questions during the final part of the reunion, especially about the rumors that her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, had been unfaithful.
On an earlier episode of the show, Kyle snapped at Sutton Stracke for claiming that Kyle had told her that Mau’s cheating led to the demise of their marriage. Kyle denied ever telling Sutton that infidelity had been a factor, but during the reunion, Kyle admitted that Mau had stepped out.
“I was surprised you were acting a little obtuse about it on the show when you had alluded to it here last year,” Andy told Kyle, who looked visibly uncomfortable.
Kyle defended her actions, saying she lied to protect her children.
“Not everything in our lives is up for grabs, and I’m not here to talk bad about Mau. I don’t like when anybody speaks against him, and I did feel like that was done intentionally that day with Sutton,” Kyle shared. “I don’t want to talk bad about the father of my children. I just don’t.”
Kyle has seemingly blamed Mau’s cheating ways on the women he cheated on her with.
“Women are snakes,” Kyle said. “They see a man who was a good husband and a good father, and he has money, and… they’re like, ‘Oh, I want that,’ and [throw] themselves at him. And we got married very young, and he never got to go out and do his thing. And I think that, you know, really contributed to the downfall of our marriage.”
