50 Cent Seeks Restraining Order Against Rick Ross’ Ex Tia Kemp Over Alleged Harassment of Son!

50 Cent wants a judge to stop Tia Kemp from allegedly targeting his teenage son online, accusing Rick Ross’ baby mama of subjecting the 14-year-old to repeated personal attacks.

The rapper has filed a petition in Miami-Dade County, Florida, seeking legal protection for Sire, his son with former girlfriend Daphne Joy, TMZ reported.

In documents filed on Monday, the rapper alleges Kemp made several offensive remarks about Sire’s development and ability to communicate, including calling him “slow.”

During a recent interview, Kemp allegedly repeated the insult and claimed the teenager “can’t talk.” The interview was reportedly one of four instances of alleged online harassment documented over six days.

50 Cent also objects to Kemp allegedly publishing a photograph of Sire next to a sexually explicit image of a woman believed by the filing to be Joy. His rapper’s legal team had already tried to resolve the matter without court intervention, sending Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding he stop the posts.

According to the filing, Kemp allegedly shared part of the letter online and responded, “F u and ya lawyers.”

Fif now says his son has experienced embarrassment, humiliation, and mental anguish as a result, and he is requesting an immediate temporary injunction, followed by a final injunction after a hearing, to prevent further alleged harassment.
